Whether helping a facility improve safety, designing a better access solution, or supporting a customer long after the sale, David’s approach remains simple: listen first, do things the right way, and treat every customer like family.

The heart behind Pinnacle was built around our dining room table — dreaming of creating a company where customers are known, valued, and genuinely cared for. Rooted in small-town principles, Pinnacle was founded on the belief that integrity, honesty, and personal connection still matter, fostering trust and a sense of shared values. While David brings experience and vision to Pinnacle, his family has always been the core of his motivation. Married to Tracey for 21 years, they are proud parents of Reagan, Dawson, and Maddox.
